NOW HIRING: Lead Caregiver (“Jump-and-Go”) – Open Availability Required

Position: Lead Caregiver (“Jump-and-Go”)

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Location: Various service areas (must be able to travel to any client location we cover)

Schedule: Open availability REQUIRED (days, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays)
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes
• Be ready to jump in and cover shifts on short notice
• Travel to any area we serve, filling in wherever needed
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal care, medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and more
• Communicate effectively with office staff, clients, and family members
• Document care provided according to company standards

Requirements:

• Must have open availability – including overnights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to any location we serve
• Previous caregiving experience required (CNA or HHA preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Passion for helping others and being a dependable part of a care team
• Ability to quickly adapt to new clients, environments, and care plans
